The team also reviewed as-built documents to determine whether <br />construction conformed to the original design and engineering requirements. <br />CRAIN ATLANTIS' ROLE <br />Building Investigation & Assessment <br />Performed a comprehensive engineering turnover investigation addressing building conditions, code <br />compliance, system performance, and construction quality. <br /> <br />Multidisciplinary Systems Evaluation <br />Evaluated roofing, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, and ADA components and reviewed <br />as-built documentation to verify compliance with the original design and engineering specifications. <br /> <br />Deficiency Identification & Remedial Design <br />Crain's investigation identified improperly installed systems and conditions that contributed to water <br />intrusion and efflorescence in both structures. The Association subsequently retained Crain to assist <br />with development of corrective repairs. <br /> <br />Construction Documents & Bidding <br />Prepared detailed construction documents addressing structural, electrical, and architectural <br />improvements, together with bid specifications for the remedial work. <br /> <br />Construction Administration <br />Provided comprehensive construction administration to help ensure the nearly $2 million remedial <br />repair program complied with applicable technical and regulatory requirements. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
