SECTION 5
Key Personnel & Organizational Chart
Experienced Professionals. Integrated Project Delivery.
Crain Atlantis has assembled an experienced, multidisciplinary team to provide the City of Sunny
Isles Beach with responsive professional services throughout the duration of this continuing
services contract. The proposed team brings together architectural, civil, structural, electrical, and
construction-phase expertise, enabling Crain to align personnel and technical resources with the
specific requirements of each assignment.
As a multidisciplinary architecture and engineering firm, Crain offers the City the advantage of
direct coordination among disciplines within a single project team. This integrated approach
facilitates communication, reduces coordination gaps, and enables efficient resolution of technical
issues as assignments progress from initial evaluation and programming through design,
permitting, bidding, construction administration, inspection, and closeout.
A TEAM STRUCTURED FOR CONTINUING SERVICES
Continuing services contracts require more than technical qualifications. They require a
consultant that can respond quickly, understand an assignment, identify the appropriate
professionals, and mobilize those resources without creating unnecessary layers of management.
Crain's proposed team is structured to provide the City with direct access to senior personnel
while drawing upon the firm's broader technical resources as needed for each assignment. Project
leadership will coordinate directly with City staff, establish the appropriate scope and schedule,
and assign personnel based on the discipline and level of effort required for each task.
The team structure also provides flexibility. A relatively straightforward assignment may require
only one technical discipline, while a more complex facility or infrastructure project may require
coordinated architectural and engineering services. Crain can scale its team accordingly while
maintaining consistent project management and communication with the City.
LOCAL & SOUTH FLORIDA EXPERIENCE
Crain's personnel have extensive experience working on existing facilities and infrastructure
throughout South Florida, including projects involving renovations, building systems, utilities, site
improvements, structural evaluations, permitting, construction administration, and work within
occupied facilities.
Of particular relevance, Crain has maintained an ongoing professional relationship with Winston
Towers 500 in Sunny Isles Beach since 2018, providing architectural and multidisciplinary
