Proven in Practice. <br />38 <br />TEAM OVERVIEW & SUBCONSULTANT <br />Cummins Cederberg has assembled a multidisciplinary team of coastal engineers, marine structural engineers, <br />environmental scientists, permitting specialists, engineer-divers, grant professionals, and construction administration <br />personnel to support the City of Sunny Isles Beach. Supported by more than 90 professionals, the proposed team <br />provides the full range of Environmental/Coastal Engineering services requested under this RFQ, including coastal <br />engineering, shoreline stabilization, beach nourishment, marine structures, underwater inspections, marine resource <br />assessments, environmental permitting, grant administration, and construction support. The following organizational <br />chart identifies our key personnel, their roles, and reporting relationships established for the successful delivery <br />of assignments under this continuing services contract. <br />SUBCONSULTANT <br />ECS Florida, LLC provides geotechnical engineering services throughout South Florida, <br />supporting coastal, municipal, environmental, and infrastructure projects. With offices <br />in Miami and West Palm Beach, ECS offers responsive local support for subsurface <br />exploration, foundation analysis, geotechnical investigations, in-situ testing, geotechnical <br />construction services, and geostructural design. The firm’s extensive experience with <br />coastal and waterfront projects provides valuable geotechnical expertise to support <br />shoreline stabilization, marine infrastructure, and other improvements contemplated <br />under this contract.
