<br />Mr. John Hicks serves as Subsidiary Regional Manager for ECS Florida,
<br />LLC overseeing the West Palm Beach and Miami branches as well as
<br />overseeing our Caribbean operations. Mr. Hicks is a Geotechnical,
<br />Construction Materials Testing, and Building Sciences + Infrastructure
<br />Principal Engineer as well as our Private Provider Qualifier.
<br />A member of the ECS team for 22 years, he was previously a Regional
<br />Manager for the Orlando, Tampa and Ft. Myers offices, an ECS Mid-Atlantic
<br />Group Manager for the Southern Maryland Region and a Department
<br />Manager for the Washington, DC team. Mr. Hicks is currently responsible for
<br />the management and technical quality of the offices and group in his region.
