Experience/ Qualifications of Key Personnel Curtis + Rogers’ management approach includes the direct involvement of Principals of the firm throughout all aspects of the project from goal formulation to final project turnout. Our approach is led by 5 registered Landscape Architects, all with their own levels of expertise, all having worked together for over 11 years in projects of this nature. A project of this magnitude would include a total of 8 key personnel from our team, three firm principals overseeing the project management, design and quality control, 2 directors to oversee infrastructure and resiliency efforts as well as 3 design staff for production between irrigation, landscape design and arboriculture. The managing principal/project manager will be Olivia Bussey, RLA, SITES AP, WEDG. Olivia, in addition to being one of the Principals/Owners of the company, is a registered landscape architect with over 7 years of experience in a variety of landscape architectural projects. Olivia is currently at 65% availability allowing there to be active engagement throughout the duration of each assignment, dedicating sufficient time for coordination with City staff, quality control, public meetings, and schedule management to achieve the City's goals efficiently and effectively. The project Design Principal, Jennie Rogers RLA, LEED AP, is a Principal/Owner and a registered landscape architect with 21 years of experience, who has been responsible for the design of numerous landscape architectural projects across the tri-county area. Jennie will be at the forefront of the project development, developing alternatives and solutions to the project elements and coordinating with the production efforts so the original design intent is carried out through project construction. Our management approach for projects of this scale also includes a Quality Control Principal, Aida Curtis, FASLA, a Principal/Owner and a registered landscape architect with over 40 years of experience in a variety of landscape architectural projects. The project Director of Infrastructure, Ralph Ferrer RLA, ENV SP, a Principal/owner and registered landscape architect with 26 years of experience. Working closely with the Project Manager and design team, the Director of Infrastructure will provide strategic oversight to ensure proposed landscape, streetscape, and public realm improvements are practical, resilient, and compatible with existing municipal infrastructure. Ralph’s guidance will help advance cost-effective solutions that support the City's long-term vision and operational needs. With resiliency being a given reality in all of our current projects. We at Curtis + Rogers have been on the leading front of this movement, having created some of the first sustainable site development projects in South Florida. Given this we have assigned the role of Director of Climate Adaptation and Resiliency to Aurora Alcaide, WEDG, a registered landscape architect with over 10 years of experience, who has been responsible for all these initiatives and processes for our projects. Aurora will be involved early in the Design process ensuring that the project is as sustainable as possible and will be working closely with all team members to evaluate sustainable options. Our staff has the capacity to effectively meet the City's needs, with key personnel maintaining availability levels ranging from approximately 45% to 80%. This provides sufficient bandwidth to deliver responsive service, meet project schedules, and dedicate the necessary resources to concurrent assignments.
