RFQ #26-07-01 | 128
4.8 Risk Management Approach
Risk assessment is an essential project management tool because it helps identify potential issues before they affect project outcomes.
EAC uses risk assessment as a systematic process for early identification, evaluation, and mitigation of project risks. For assignments
under this contract, our approach will focus on identifying risks that require active management, prioritizing the highest-impact risks,
and implementing strategies to reduce or eliminate intermediate- and lower-level risks. This process will be used in coordination with
the QA/QC Plan developed for the City of Sunny Isles Beach.
Our team will review and update the risk assessment approach throughout each project’s life cycle. Project success depends, in
part, on how effectively the project team applies risk management practices to anticipate challenges, respond promptly, and protect
schedule, budget, and quality.
SAMPLE
4.9 Grant Writing and Grant Management
EAC Consulting, Inc. (EAC) offers proven grant writing, funding support, and post-award
grant management experience for public infrastructure projects. Our team helps clients
identify eligible funding opportunities, prepare compliant and compelling applications, and
develop the technical documentation needed to support successful submissions, including
project narratives, cost estimates, schedules, exhibits, benefit information, and required
forms.
EAC’s grant support is strengthened by hands-on experience delivering and overseeing
more than $3 billion in federally funded projects. This understanding of funding agency
expectations allows us to prepare applications that are persuasive, technically sound,
realistic, and positioned for successful implementation.
After award, EAC supports grant compliance, progress tracking, reimbursement
documentation, reporting, and closeout requirements. To date, EAC has prepared more than
$200 million in grant applications, supported an additional $80 million, and helped secure
over $163 million in grant funding for clients.
EAC led the grant
application that resulted
in a $100 million award
from the US DOT Bridge
Investment Program for the
Venetian Causeway Bridge
Replacement Project in
Miami-Dade County.
