RFQ #26-07-01 | 128 <br />4.8 Risk Management Approach <br />Risk assessment is an essential project management tool because it helps identify potential issues before they affect project outcomes. <br />EAC uses risk assessment as a systematic process for early identification, evaluation, and mitigation of project risks. For assignments <br />under this contract, our approach will focus on identifying risks that require active management, prioritizing the highest-impact risks, <br />and implementing strategies to reduce or eliminate intermediate- and lower-level risks. This process will be used in coordination with <br />the QA/QC Plan developed for the City of Sunny Isles Beach. <br />Our team will review and update the risk assessment approach throughout each project’s life cycle. Project success depends, in <br />part, on how effectively the project team applies risk management practices to anticipate challenges, respond promptly, and protect <br />schedule, budget, and quality. <br />SAMPLE <br />4.9 Grant Writing and Grant Management <br />EAC Consulting, Inc.
