Profile <br />EAC is a Miami-Dade locally headquartered multidisciplinary organization that <br />provides broad range of engineering and consulting services, including civil <br />engineering, transportation engineering, highway and bridge design, program <br />management, construction management, technology and systems, and planning <br />services. Our core civil engineering capabilities include technical planning, <br />design and construction engineering inspection (CEI) of projects that include <br />site development, roadway, stormwater drainage, water distribution systems, <br />wastewater collection systems, bridges, traffic control systems, traffic surveillance <br />and miscellaneous structures. <br />EAC's provides professional engineering services to public agencies throughout <br />Florida. Our range of services on infrastructure projects includes studies and <br />reports, preliminary design, design, construction document development, <br />jurisdiction permitting, bid and procurement support services, value engineering, <br />peer review, construction administration, document control, inspections, and <br />expert opinion studies.
