RFQ #26-07-01 | 25 <br />2.2.1 General Civil Engineering <br />The scope of work under this RFǪ comprises miscellaneous professional engineering and architecture consulting services to <br />support on an as-needed basis. We understand that some of the projects may be capital-planned projects, while others may <br />be emergency projects requiring immediate attention. Our team is tailored to address the City’s needs — our staff is local, <br />available and qualified to respond to any requests from the City. We understand that various City departments or divisions may <br />need our services, and that we may have to work on multiple assignments concurrently. Our skill set ensures we consistently <br />deliver top-notch services that are reliable, effective and efficient. <br />Civil Site Design <br />Our civil site services range from due diligence studies, <br />site planning, site analyses, zoning coordination, site pre- <br />development designs, conceptual design, detailed design, <br />cost projections, budget planning, permitting and regulatory <br />approvals, construction procurement, site inspections and <br />construction oversight. Our engineers are equipped to <br />handle all site development technical tasks including site <br />layout, geometry, site grading, pavement design, streetscape <br />improvements, drainage and site electrical systems design. <br />These services have performed for several clients including <br />municipalities and public sector agencies (including federal, <br />state and local government agencies). Several of our projects <br />have been bestowed awards locally, statewide and nationally. <br />Parks & Recreation Facilities <br />When EAC was established 30+ years ago, our first contract <br />as a Prime Consultant was with the Miami Dade County Parks <br />C Recreation Department (MDPRD now known as MDPROS). <br />Since then, we have steadily built a profile of various projects <br />numerous parks. Our engineers have a solid track record in <br />performing civil engineering for parks, open fields, outdoor <br />plazas/event areas and a host of various types of recreational <br />and sports facilities. Our approach with working on these types <br />of projects involves working closely with the city staff to deliver <br />a product that satisfies the needs of residents.
