RFQ #26-07-01 | 59 <br />3.1 Local Staff Pool <br />Our professional staff members possess the required education, training, <br />licenses and certifications needed to undertake and complete the scope of <br />services referenced in RFQ-26-07-01, Continuing Professional Architectural and <br />Engineering Services (CCNA). Most of our staff and key personnel are local <br />to Miami-Dade County, which supports responsive in-person representation <br />at meetings, site visits, and field reviews. This local presence also allows us <br />to quickly mobilize projects that require expedited schedules, immediate <br />attention, timely resolution, and efficient completion. <br />Successfully delivering projects in Miami-Dade County requires a strong <br />understanding of local requirements and established professional relationships <br />with permitting agencies. EAC has local experience, agency familiarity, and <br />proven performance needed to deliver successful outcomes. <br />3.2 Assigned Project Team <br />Our project team has been carefully assembled to address the contract’s scope requirements. Specifically, our team has individually <br />and collectively worked on contracts and for clients like the City of Sunny Isles Beach. In assembling our team, we are blending <br />resources to derive a full-service team prepared and equipped to respond to the tasks on this contract. <br />3.2.1 Team Leadership <br />EAC’s trusted leadership team is prepared to deliver this contract successfully. Our leadership team includes Rick Crooks, PE (Principal <br />In Charge) and Michael Adeife, PE (Contract Manager), who will provide clear direction, accountability, and senior-level oversight <br />to ensure that our team meets its commitments to the City of Sunny Isles Beach. Together, these leaders bring extensive years of <br />combined experience in infrastructure planning, design, management, and delivery. EAC carefully selected its project leadership to <br />ensure the City is supported by professionals who are experienced with continuing services contracts, familiar with local jurisdictions, <br />and capable of guiding projects from initiation through successful completion. <br />3.2.2 Technical Experts <br />Our discipline leaders (Huntley Higgins, PE (Civil), Harold Desdunes, PE (Transportation and Traffic) and Bruno Boero, PE (CEI) are fully <br />prepared to lead technical services and provide guidance and support on any project assigned to our team. EAC’s technical experts <br />understand that client satisfaction, responsiveness, and quality delivery are our highest priorities. These individuals were carefully <br />selected based on their specialized expertise, proven performance, availability, familiarity with the City of Sunny Isles Beach, and <br />demonstrated knowledge of Miami-Dade County regulatory requirements. <br />We offer a highly qualified group of technical experts who bring relevant experience across each project component, know how to <br />lead large multidisciplinary teams, and are available to begin work immediately.
