5. References (MQR #2) <br />The following requirement is called out in the RFQ: <br />Each Proposer must submit a list of three (3) references of Current and Past government agency clients of <br />which they have provided services similar in scope and size of those described herein. No staff at the City of <br />Sunny Isles Beach staff shall be listed as a reference. Each Reference questionnaire (found below) must be <br />signed with a contact person and phone number. The City retains the right to request any additional <br />information pertaining to the Proposer's ability, qualifications, and procedures used to accomplish all work <br />under the contract as it deems necessary to ensure safe and satisfactory work. <br />Attached are the required three (3) Reference Questionnaire Letters required by the RFQ. <br />25
