ECS Land Surveyor's extensive list of clients includes many cities, towns, and villages located throughout South Florida. We also partner with developers, architects, engineers, contractors, and other governmental agencies to deliver precise data and reliable surveying solutions. The core surveying and mapping services we offer include boundary surveys, topographic surveys, construction layouts, elevation certificates, sketch & legal descriptions, ALTA/ACSM surveys, route surveys, and hydrographic surveys. We also offer Specialized Surveys and Land Development Services including tree surveys, specific purpose surveys, as -built surveys, platting, airport surveys, and sub -division platting & construction layouts. We are capable, qualified and well-equipped to provide all the land surveying and mapping services requested within your proposed Scope of Work. As the President of ECS, I am a second-generation Land Surveyor. My professional story began in Nicaragua, where I grew up learning the value of precision and hard work from my father. I hold a B.S. in Architecture and M.S. studies in Urban and Environmental Studies from Florida International University and I found my true calling in land surveying while working on projects throughout the Caribbean. With over 35 years of experience, I bring with me a passion for creating structures and spaces that stand the test of time. After obtaining my Florida Professional Land Surveyor License in 2000 and valuable industry experience, I founded ECS Land Surveyors, Inc. to provide South Florida with reliable, precise, and quick-turnaround surveying services. My mission has always been simple: fulfill promises. I believe in doing what we say we ’ll do, sticking to deadlines, and ensuring exceptional quality.
