Mechanical ventilation, plumbing <br />coordination, electrical loading, and health department requirements all had to <br />be accommodated within a compact footprint while preserving the clean, <br />minimalist aesthetic central to the brand. <br />Our Approach: Dempsey Design led the architectural design, permit <br />documentation, and consultant coordination, working closely with the MEP <br />engineering team to integrate specialized equipment and building systems. <br />Regular collaboration with the client's Italian team ensured that materials, <br />finishes, and operational requirements remained faithful to the brand while <br />meeting local codes and permitting requirements. <br />Benefits: The completed design delivers an efficient, highly functional retail <br />environment that supports daily operations while creating a premium <br />customer experience.
