The project marked a pivotal milestone in the professional journey <br />that ultimately led to the founding of Dempsey Design the following year. <br />Challenges: Completion of entire integrated construction drawings with <br />detailed wall sections and client coordination.  Eric also trained and <br />implemented Revit BIM software with the supporting staff who had never used <br />the software.  <br />Our Approach: Collaborating closely with Hassell China's local support staff <br />and leading weekly coordination meetings with Roche project managers, Eric <br />Dempsey also interfaced with global leadership in Switzerland via <br />teleconference to guide the project to successful completion.  <br />Benefits: Working locally in Shanghai, Eric gained a deep appreciation for the <br />culture and working styles of the local team, allowing him to help shape an <br />environment that truly fostered innovation.  His on-the-ground presence <br />informed the design of dynamic spaces that supported the ebb and flow of <br />researchers across the Roche campus, intentionally creating opportunities for <br />spontaneous interaction and collaboration to spark creativity and advance <br />scientific discovery.  <br />Credit: Hassell Shanghai Design Studio, Haizhi - General Contractor, Roche        <br />     <br />DEMPSEY DESIGN RELEVANT EXPERIENCE · RFQ # 26-07-01 PAGE 4 3 OF 113←→↑QUALIFICATIONS
