Clear communication of <br />the building’s form, organization, and civic presence was important throughout <br />design development. <br />Our Approach: Working under architect Brian Bullard, Eric Dempsey <br />developed building massing studies, architectural visualizations, and <br />construction drawings to support the project’s progression from concept <br />through documentation.
