Clear organization
of circulation, civic presence, and technical documentation was essential to
support an efficient approval and construction process.
Our Approach: Working under architect Brian Bullard, Eric Dempsey
developed massing studies, architectural visualizations, and construction
drawings that helped advance the project from concept through
documentation. Early digital workflows using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and
rendering software supported design refinement, stakeholder communication,
and coordination of detailed technical information.
Benefits: The project strengthened Eric Dempsey’s early experience in civic
architecture and public-sector delivery, building practical expertise in design
development, visualization, and construction documentation for a complex
municipal facility.
Credit: UrbanArch • Brian Bullard, Architect • City of Olive Branch, Mississippi
DEMPSEY DESIGN RELEVANT EXPERIENCE · RFQ # 26-07-01 PAGE 5 7 OF 113←→↑QUALIFICATIONS
