This project is just one example of the many luxury retail <br />displays, pop-ups, and store fit-outs Hui has managed throughout her career. <br />Challenges: Luxury window displays operate on exceptionally compressed <br />schedules and are judged at very close range. Custom fixtures, graphics, <br />finishes, lighting elements, and display components must arrive together and <br />install within a narrow changeover window, often while the retail environment <br />remains operational. Every visible detail must conform to established brand <br />standards. <br />Our Approach: Hui managed the process from design coordination and shop <br />drawing review through fabrication, quality control, delivery, and installation. <br />She coordinated specialist vendors, reviewed materials and samples, tracked <br />production schedules, resolved fabrication issues, organized logistics, and <br />supervised installation and final adjustments to ensure the completed displays <br />matched the approved design intent. <br />Benefits: The work demonstrates Hui’s ability to translate a demanding design <br />concept into a precisely executed physical installation.
