References <br />43RFQ #26-07-01 Edgewater Group <br />Venetian Cove <br />Marina <br />Venetian Cove is a municipal marina located in Leesburg, Florida. Situated along the shores of Lake Harris, it offers a range of amenities for boaters and visitors alike. The marina provides boat slips for docking, boat rentals, a boat ramp for easy access to the lake, and a fueling station for boaters. <br />Scope of Services <br />Our scope of services included concept planning/master planning/permitting and entitlement services/SAV and bathymetric surveys/final engineering and architectural design to expand a marina by 45 slips and add a new boat services building with restrooms showers, offices, and an improved fuel dock. <br />Construction has begun with a $2 million construction budget. Edgewater was not requested to pursue grants for funding of the project.
