We appreciate the opportunity to be considered as a continuing services partner to the City of Si and are committed to providing responsive, high-quality architectural and engineering services that support the City’s capital improvement program. Forefront AE LLC is a Florida Limited Liability Company (LLC) founded in 2014. Since its founding, Forefront has partnered with municipalities, counties, educational institutions, and public agencies throughout Florida to deliver projects ranging from facility renovations and adaptive reuse to public safety, administrative, and community facilities. We understand the importance of providing practical, cost-conscious solutions while maintaining project schedules, minimizing disruptions to occupied facilities, and coordinating effectively with City staff and stakeholders. Our approach to continuing services is built on responsiveness and accountability. Each task order is led by a dedicated Project Manager who serves as the City’s single point of contact and is supported by experienced architectural, engineering, and technical staff. This structure allows us to quickly mobilize, communicate effectively, and provide consistent service from project initiation through construction. Forefront offers the City of Sunny Isles Beach: −Responsive task-order delivery with experienced project managers and senior technical leadership. −Extensive public-sector experience designing and renovating municipal, community, and public safety facilities throughout Florida. −Collaborative project execution that emphasizes communication, coordination, and proactive problem solving. −Commitment to quality through comprehensive quality control reviews, code compliance, and practical, constructible design solutions. −Capacity and flexibility to support multiple concurrent assignments while maintaining the personalized service expected from a trusted continuing services partner. Forefront AE maintains all required Florida registrations for Architecture and Engineering, carries professional liability insurance consistent with the City’s requirements, and has the personnel and resources necessary to successfully perform the requested services.
