GEI maintains the financial strength, <br />staff ing resources, and operational capacity to fulfill all <br />contractual obligations without interruption. <br />History of Criminal or Civil Litigation (Five-Year Period) <br />GEI has not been subject to any criminal proceedings during <br />the five-year period immediately preceding this Request <br />for Proposal. With respect to civil matters, GEI, like many <br />professional consulting firms of its size and scope, may from <br />time to time be named in civil proceedings in the ordinary <br />course of business.
