His <br />experience includes the supervision and management of field survey <br />crews. All interior improvements and <br />improvements in the adjoining half rights-of-way. Location of all trees <br />within the property boundaries; provide a tree table with tree name, trunk <br />diameter, height, and canopy. Location of all buildings within the survey <br />area; provided building corners, perimeter dimensions, setbacks <br />distances, top of parapet elevations, and finished floor elevations. Take <br />elevation shots at 25-50-foot intervals at open park areas and 5–10-foot <br />intervals at critical areas, such as around buildings, and existing structures; <br />additionally, collect all visible terrain deviation such as low and high points. <br />Location of all courts with court lines, fences, playgrounds, etc. Collected <br />invert elevation, pipe size, and pipe type of all accessible existing inlets <br />and manholes Location of all overhead utility lines and poles within the <br />survey area. Showed existing easements. Set two onsite Benchmarks with <br />state plane coordinate and elevation.
