City of Sunny Isles Beach | RFQ # 26-07-01 <br />EXPERIENCE SERVING SUNNY ISLES BEACH <br />The City selected our team to provide ongoing geospatial engineering, planning, civil engineering, landscape <br />architecture, and construction management services on an as-needed basis. Projects completed under this contract <br />include: <br />Bella Vista Park Redevelopment <br />Landscape Architecture | Civil Engineering | Survey & Mapping <br />Development of a new park at the Bella Vista Park site, <br />approximately 0.9-acres. The project team provided <br />civil, survey, subsurface utility engineering, planning, <br />and landscape architecture services while coordinating <br />structural, environmental, electrical, and geotechnical <br />subconsultants. All phases, from concept development <br />through final construction documents, were managed <br />by in-house professionals. Park reconstruction included <br />demolition, site grading, a new water service connection, <br />and fountain improvements. <br />Town Center Park <br />Landscape Architecture | Civil Engineering | Planning <br />Town Center Park is an existing 3.5-acre space in downtown <br />Sunny Isles Beach. Our team was selected to provide <br />civil engineering and landscape architecture services for <br />improvements throughout the park. The park upgrades <br />include landscape and hardscape design, tree inventory, <br />and preliminary engineering design development plans, <br />including utility information, water, sanitary sewer, and <br />drainage. Our team coordinated meetings with the City <br />of Sunny Isles Beach and its Planning and Development <br />Services Department. Civil and landscape construction <br />documents were developed in coordination with the <br />City and required regulatory agencies’ approval. Survey <br />support was provided under the previous continuing <br />services contract. <br />Ritz Carlton Site Park <br />Landscape Architecture | Civil Engineering | Survey & Mapping | Planning <br />This project involves the development of a new park in downtown Sunny Isles Beach. Services included survey, civil <br />engineering, planning, and landscape architecture for the development of a new waterfront park. A multidisciplinary <br />team coordinated geotechnical engineering, site lighting, and permitting activities from concept development through <br />construction documentation. <br />Skate Park <br />Survey & Mapping <br />The City retained our survey team to provide topographic <br />and boundary surveying services for the Town Center Skate <br />Park. The survey included surface improvements such as <br />buildings, roadways, pavement, sidewalks, traffic striping, <br />walls, fences, and surface utilities.
