CAPACITY, AVAILABILITY & RESPONSIVENESS
Successful continuing-services contracts require more than technical expertise. Municipal clients depend upon
immediate responsiveness, accessible project leadership, and the ability to efficiently support multiple concurrent task
authorizations. KEITH’s organizational structure is specifically designed to provide these advantages while maintaining
consistent project oversight, accountability, and client service.
With more than 200 professionals located across five Florida offices, KEITH maintains the depth of staff necessary
to support ongoing assignments while continuing to provide responsive service to existing municipal clients. Our
integrated practice lines allow resources to be assigned quickly based on project-specific needs without impacting
delivery schedules or service commitments. This flexibility enables our team to efficiently support multiple concurrent
task authorizations while maintaining quality, responsiveness, schedule adherence, and continuity of service.
KEITH actively manages continuing-services assignments throughout Florida using a resource allocation model that
balances staff availability, project demands, and client priorities. This approach allows our team to maintain adequate
capacity for both routine assignments and time-sensitive municipal initiatives while ensuring project schedules, quality
standards, responsiveness commitments, and client expectations are consistently achieved.
For the City of Sunny Isles Beach, KEITH has assembled a dedicated multidisciplinary team ssupported by in-house
general civil engineering, landscape architecture, transportation / transit / traffic engineering, survey and mapping,
planning, construction management, CEI, and subsurface utility engineering professionals. This integrated structure
allows resources to be scaled as project demands evolve, ensuring qualified staff remain available throughout the
duration of each assignment while maintaining a single point of accountability for the City.
As a current continuing-services consultant to Sunny Isles Beach, KEITH is already familiar with City
standards, procedures, stakeholders, and project delivery expectations.
This familiarity allows our team to efficiently mobilize resources, respond quickly to task authorizations, and provide
seamless support with minimal startup effort. KEITH maintains a local Miami-Dade office located within 20 miles from
Sunny Isles Beach City Hall, providing convenient access for meetings, field reviews, site visits, coordination efforts, and
project support throughout the term of the contract.
Supported by more than 75 continuing-services contracts statewide and over 168 projects completed within Miami-
Dade County, KEITH has developed proven procedures for managing task-order-based assignments while maintaining
responsiveness, quality, schedule adherence, and client satisfaction.
