<br />Jorge Valle-Pellot, PE, will serve as General Civil Engineering Lead for the City of
<br />Sunny Isles Beach. With 27 years of experience, Jorge has successfully delivered
<br />municipal infrastructure, drainage, utility, roadway, and site development projects
<br />for cities, counties, and public agencies throughout Florida. His experience includes
<br />engineering design, stormwater analysis, hydraulic modeling, utility coordination,
<br />permitting, construction administration, and quality control services supporting
<br />public infrastructure improvements. Jorge leads multidisciplinary teams through
<br />planning, design, permitting, bidding, and construction, developing practical and

<br />Mayfair Drainage Improvements, Sanford, FL: Project Manager. Provided engineering
<br />services under the City’s continuing services contract to address recurring flooding
<br />issues within the Virginia Avenue and 4th Street corridor. Responsibilities included
<br />stormwater modeling, drainage analysis, preparation of construction documents
<br />and specifications, water main replacement design, permitting, bidding assistance,
<br />construction management, and final inspections supporting neighborhood
<br />infrastructure improvements.

<br />Manager. Provides multidisciplinary engineering services under a citywide continuing

<br />contract to evaluate traffic congestion and mobility improvements along the SW
<br />Savona Boulevard corridor. Responsibilities included traffic operations analysis,
<br />safety evaluations, signalization studies, geometric design, conceptual alternatives
<br />development, corridor planning, and preparation of supporting transportation
<br />documentation.
<br />Central Boulevard & Indiantown Road Improvements, Jupiter, FL: Project Manager.
<br />Provided engineering and surveying services supporting roadway and intersection
<br />improvements. The project included roadway widening, turn lane extensions,
<br />intersection enhancements, bicycle accommodations, traffic separator improvements,
<br />and traffic signal design to improve safety and mobility within a high-growth
<br />transportation corridor.
