<br />Lori Treviranus, PE, RSP1, will serve as Transportation / Transit / Traffic Engineering
<br />Lead for the City of Sunny Isles Beach. With more than 25 years of experience, Lori
<br />provides leadership for roadway, multimodal, mobility, safety, and Complete Streets
<br />projects throughout Florida. Her experience includes roadway design, resurfacing and
<br />rehabilitation, safety analysis, implementation of safety countermeasures, pedestrian
<br />and bicycle facilities, intersection improvements, ADA compliance, corridor planning,
<br />public involvement, and cost estimating. Lori has successfully delivered transportation

<br />Principal / Project Manager. Led the planning, design, and implementation of
<br />streetscape and multimodal mobility improvements along the SR A1A corridor
<br />under the City’s GO Bond Program. Managed a multidisciplinary team providing
<br />transportation engineering, civil engineering, survey and mapping, subsurface utility
<br />engineering, landscape architecture, lighting design, and construction support
<br />services. Responsibilities included roadway analysis, utility coordination, traffic control
<br />planning, stakeholder engagement, and construction administration for a high-profile
<br />coastal corridor enhancement project.

<br />Principal. Provided executive oversight for multimodal transportation improvements
<br />focused on pedestrian mobility, bicycle connectivity, ADA compliance, and roadway
<br />safety. Coordinated transportation engineering, drainage, utility coordination,
<br />signing and pavement marking, landscape architecture, public involvement, and
<br />agency coordination efforts among FDOT, Broward MPO, local governments, and
<br />project stakeholders.
<br />SR A1A Safety Improvements, Volusia County, FL: Principal / Task Manager.
<br />Directed transportation engineering services for a 3.1-mile Complete Streets
<br />corridor incorporating roadway safety enhancements, shared-use paths, intersection
<br />improvements, traffic calming measures, ADA upgrades, pedestrian crossings,
<br />and public involvement. Responsibilities included project management, utility
<br />coordination, stakeholder engagement, and implementation of transportation
<br />improvements supporting FDOT’s Target Zero initiative
<br />East Coast Greenway / US 1 Shared-Use Path, Titusville, FL: Principal / Task Manager.
<br />Leads planning and design services for a segment of the East Coast Greenway
<br />Trail System. Responsibilities include multimodal corridor planning, right-of-way
<br />evaluation, drainage assessments, stakeholder coordination, and development of
<br />transportation solutions supporting regional bicycle and pedestrian connectivity.
<br />Blount Road Signal Design, Pompano Beach, FL: Project Engineer. Supported
<br />signalization and intersection improvements at MLK Boulevard and Blount Road,
<br />including traffic signal design, pavement markings, signage, roadway modifications,
<br />utility coordination, and safety enhancements. Responsibilities included preparation
<br />of construction documents, coordination with utility providers, and development of
<br />transportation improvements to enhance corridor operations and safety.
