<br />Winston Lucky, EI, will serve as Transportation Support for the City of Sunny Isles
<br />Beach. With 35 years of experience supporting transportation infrastructure
<br />projects throughout Florida, Winston contributes to roadway design, resurfacing

<br />Supported transportation engineering services under the City’s continuing General
<br />Engineering Consultant contract, delivering multimodal corridor, Complete Streets,
<br />and roadway improvement projects throughout the City. Representative assignments
<br />included Cypress Road Improvements and SW 6th Street & SW 78th Avenue Phase 2
<br />Design Services, involving signal upgrades, roundabout design, roadway resurfacing,
<br />drainage improvements, ADA accessibility enhancements, pedestrian and bicycle

<br />Strategic Intermodal System facility. Improvements included turn lane extensions,
<br />ramp widening, new traffic signals, roadway resurfacing, drainage, lighting, signing
<br />and pavement marking, utility coordination, and preparation of complete contract
<br />documents.
<br />Central Boulevard & Indiantown Road Improvements, Palm Beach County, FL: Project
<br />Manager / Task Manager. Supported roadway widening, intersection improvements,
<br />bicycle accommodations, traffic signal design, and multimodal enhancements for a
<br />major County corridor. Responsibilities included engineering analysis, transportation
<br />design, surveying coordination, and development of improvements to enhance
<br />safety, mobility, and corridor operations.
<br />FDOT District 5 SR A1A Resurfacing Improvements, Cape Canaveral, FL:
<br />Transportation Engineer. Supported transportation engineering for a 3.1-mile
<br />roadway resurfacing project including ADA pedestrian improvements, roadway
<br />rehabilitation, utility coordination, survey and mapping, subsurface utility engineering,
<br />and landscape enhancements designed to improve corridor safety and accessibility.
<br />FDOT District 5 SR 524 / SR 528 (Beachline Expressway) Resurfacing, Merritt Island,
<br />FL: Transportation Engineer. Supported transportation engineering services for
<br />resurfacing improvements along a 4.3-mile segment of SR 524 and SR 528, including
<br />travel lanes, shoulders, and ramp facilities. Responsibilities included roadway design
<br />support, utility coordination, survey integration, and multidisciplinary coordination.
