City of Sunny Isles Beach | RFQ # 26-07-01 <br />APPROACH TO PROVIDING SERVICES, MEETINGS & <br />COMMUNICATION <br />As the City’s current continuing services consultant, and as a trusted provider of continuing services contracts for <br />municipalities including the Village of Pinecrest, Town of Surfside, and City of Opa-Locka, KEITH understands the <br />importance of responsiveness, accessibility, and consistent communication throughout project delivery. <br />Our multidisciplinary team delivers general civil engineering, landscape architecture, survey and mapping, transportation <br />/ transit / traffic engineering, construction engineering and inspection (CEI), planning, and subsurface utility engineering <br />services in-house, allowing projects to move efficiently from planning through construction while minimizing coordination <br />challenges and response times. <br />Whether supporting a small work authorization or a complex multi-discipline assignment, our team remains committed <br />to proactive communication, timely decision-making, and consistent coordination with City staff throughout project <br />delivery. <br />WORK AUTHORIZATION PROCESS <br />1. Initial Coordination <br />Our Project Manager will meet with City staff <br />within one (1) business day of a request to discuss <br />project objectives, scope, schedule, and budget <br />requirements. <br />2. Draft Scope, Schedule & Fee <br />A draft scope, schedule, and fee proposal will be <br />provided within five (5) business days following <br />the scoping meeting. <br />3. Final Work Authorization <br />Final scope, schedule, and fee documents will be <br />submitted within two (2) business days following <br />receipt of comments and negotiation direction. <br />4.
