They <br />have been responsive to the City's needs, addressed comments in a timely manner, and have demonstrated a <br />good understanding of the project requirements. While the project is still ongoing, their performance thus far <br />has met our expectations. <br /> <br />2. Q: Rate the competence and accessibility of the personnel directing, supervising and <br />performing the work on your project. <br />A: The project team has been knowledgeable, professional, and readily available when needed. They have <br />maintained good communication with City staff and have been responsive to questions and coordination <br />efforts throughout the design process. <br /> <br /> <br />3. Q: Would you use them again? A: Yes. Based on our experience to date, we would consider using KEITH <br />again for future engineering consulting services. <br /> <br />4. Q: Rate the level of commitment of the firm toward your project. Did the firm devote the time and personnel <br />necessary to successfully complete your project? <br />A: KEITH has demonstrated a strong commitment to the project by providing the necessary staff and technical <br />support during the design phase. They have remained engaged throughout the process and have worked <br />collaboratively with the City to address project needs. As the project is still ongoing, they continue to provide <br />support as required. <br /> <br />5. Q: Rate the firm’s success at providing the services as specified in the agreement meeting reporting dates <br />and content? <br />A: To date, KEITH has generally met the requirements of the agreement by providing the required design <br />deliverables and maintaining communication regarding project progress.
