<br />As the City of Sunny Isles Beach’s current continuing services consultant, KEITH offers a unique combination
<br />of local knowledge, multidisciplinary expertise, and proven continuing services experience. Supported by
<br />more than 200 professionals across five Florida offices, our team provides civil engineering, landscape
<br />architecture, survey and mapping, transportation engineering, CEI, planning, and resiliency services in-
<br />house. Through more than 75 continuing services contracts and extensive experience coordinating with
<br />Miami-Dade County, FDOT, DERM, FDEP, SFWMD, and utility providers, KEITH has demonstrated the ability
<br />to function as an extension of City staff while delivering responsive, high-quality professional services.
<br />KEITH currently serves as the City of Sunny Isles Beach’s continuing services consultant, providing civil
<br />engineering, planning, survey and mapping, landscape architecture, transportation engineering, and
<br />resiliency-related services. Work completed under the contract includes Bella Vista Park Redevelopment,
<br />Town Center Park Improvements, Ritz Carlton Site Park, Town Center Skate Park Surveying, Vulnerability
<br />Assessment and Adaptation Planning, SR 826/Sunny Isles Beach Boulevard Parking Lot Improvements,
<br />Government Center Office Trailer, and Intracoastal Park. Services have included planning, civil engineering,
<br />landscape architecture, survey and mapping, transportation engineering, permitting, utility coordination,
<br />resiliency planning, and construction support.
