31IWFLFTLD016838.2026 <br />ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING CONSULTING SERVICES <br />(CCNA) RFQ # 26-07-01 <br />CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL <br />Three Islands Parkway Water Main Replacement, <br />Hallandale Beach, FL <br />The City of Hallandale Beach initiated a comprehensive water main improvement <br />project focused on Parkview Drive and Leslie Drive, aiming to enhance the <br />reliability and redundancy of the City’s potable water system. The scope of <br />work included the replacement of the aging water main on Parkview Drive and <br />the establishment of a new hydraulic loop, which was achieved through the <br />installation of two subaqueous water crossings using horizontal directional drilling. <br />These crossings are specifically designed not to be attached to the Parkview <br />Drive bridge, thereby completing the hydraulic loop to the north and improving <br />system resilience.
