Because our project team members are actively engaged across numerous assignments at
any given time, a complete listing of every current commitment is impractical within this proposal; however, a detailed summary of
any team member's current workload is available upon request. More importantly, we actively manage that workload to ensure
availability: our staff resource management tool, Castaheads, monitors and forecasts staff loading to confirm our best staff are
available to meet the City's schedules, tracking project milestones and staffing on a weekly, monthly, and 6-month basis down to the
team level. Using a firmwide database of all project and staff commitments, we identify overloads and shortfalls months in advance
and develop strategies to address them. We have also reserved the key personnel identified in the organizational chart to ensure their
availability throughout this contract, and—combined with regular production meetings and firmwide resources—this enables us to
balance workloads, meet all milestones, and provide consistent support to the City.
Stefano Viola, PE
Terracon Consultants Inc
3347 NW 55th Street, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33309
954.741.8282
Geotechnical Engineering
3% of total work to be performed
