Qualifications Established in 2004, Longitude Surveyors, LLC (Longitude) has provided professional surveying, mapping, and geospatial services throughout South Florida for more than 22 years. Founded and led by Eduardo “Eddie” M. Suarez, P.S.M., President and Principal Surveyor, Longitude has built a reputation for delivering accurate, responsive, and dependable surveying solutions for municipalities, transportation agencies, utility providers, engineering firms, and private-sector clients. As a locally owned and operated small business headquartered in Miami with branch offices in Broward County and Monroe County, Longitude is strategically positioned to provide responsive service throughout South Florida and the Florida Keys. Our experienced staff includes licensed Professional Surveyors and Mappers, Project Managers, Survey Technicians, Field Supervisors, CAD Specialists, GIS professionals, FAA Part 107-certified UAS pilots, and Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) specialists who work together to consistently deliver high-quality surveying products.
