| 12RFQ #26-07-01 <br />Longitude Surveyors meets or exceeds the requirements of this Request for Qualifications as summarized <br />below. <br />RFQ Requirement Longitude Surveyors’ Qualifications <br />Professional Surveying 22 years of experience providing comprehensive surveying <br />Services and mapping services throughout Florida. <br />FDOT Experience Extensive experience providing surveying and mapping services <br /> for transportation and roadway improvement projects throughout <br /> Florida, including projects requiring coordination with the Florida <br /> Department of Transportation (FDOT). Our team is familiar with <br /> FDOT standards, specifications, survey procedures, and project <br /> delivery requirements. <br />Experience with Regulatory Proven experience coordinating with regulatory and permitting <br />Agencies agencies, including the Florida Department of Transportation <br /> (FDOT), Miami-Dade County Department of Transportation and <br /> Public Works (DTPW), Miami-Dade County Department <br /> of Regulatory and Economic Resources (RER), Florida <br /> Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP), South <br /> Florida Water Management District (SFWMD), and <br /> the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), <br /> as applicable. Our familiarity with agency requirements facilitates <br /> efficient project coordination, permitting support, and regulatory <br /> compliance throughout project development and construction. <br /> <br />Boundary Surveys Extensive experience preparing boundary surveys, legal <br /> descrip tions, and metes and bounds descriptions for municipal <br /> and private clients. <br />Topographic Surveys Experienced in detailed topographic surveys for roadway, utility, <br /> drainage, parks, public facilities, and infrastructure improvement <br /> projects. <br />GPS Data Collection Utilizes survey-grade GNSS equipment and established control <br /> networks to provide highly accurate geospatial data. <br />Elevation Certificates Provides FEMA-compliant Elevation Certificates prepared by <br /> licensed Professional Surveyors and Mappers. <br /> <br />SUE We provide in-house Subsurface Utility Engineering <br /> (SUE) services, including Quality Level B (QLB) utility designation using <br /> electromagnetic locating equipment and Ground Penetrating Radar <br /> (GPR), and Quality Level A (QLA) vacuum excavation in accordance with <br /> ASCE 38-22 standards. Our integrated approach delivers accurate utility <br /> data that reduces conflicts and supports efficient project delivery. <br />Continuing Services Contracts Proven experience successfully supporting municipalities and <br /> public agencies under continuing service agreements with <br /> responsive project management and timely deliverables.
