| 14RFQ #26-07-01 Schedule of Proposed Services Because the scope and complexity of individual assignments issued under this Continuing Services Contract will vary, Longitude Surveyors will prepare a project-specific schedule for each work authorization upon receipt of a Notice to Proceed or Task Order. Each schedule will be developed in coordination with the City of Sunny Isles Beach to reflect project priorities, operational requirements, permitting needs, site accessibility, and any scheduling constraints associated with the assignment. Each project schedule will identify the anticipated duration and completion dates for the major phases of work, including, as applicable: Project Phase Estimated Timeframe* -Project Kickoff and Scope Confirmation 1–3 Business Days - Review of Existing Records, GIS Data, and Utility Information 1–5 Business Days - Field Reconnaissance and Survey Control As Required - Field Survey/Data Collection Based on Project Scope - Data Processing and Mapping Based on Project Scope - Preparation of Draft Deliverables (if required)As Required - City Review of Draft Deliverables Timeframe Established with the City - Final Revisions 1–5 Business Days Following Comments - Final Deliverables Per Approved Project Schedule *Actual durations will be established for each task order based on project size, complexity, permitting requirements, weather conditions, site accessibility, coordination with other agencies, and the City’s priorities. When draft deliverables are required, Longitude Surveyors will incorporate an appropriate review period into the project schedule to allow the City sufficient time to review the documents and provide consolidated comments prior to preparation of the final deliverables. Final deliverables will be submitted promptly following receipt of the City’s review comments. To maintain the agreed-upon schedule, Longitude anticipates timely support from the City, including: •Issuance of the Task Order or Notice to Proceed. •Confirmation of project limits, objectives, scope of services, and required deliverables. •Availability of existing surveys, plans, legal descriptions, utility information, GIS data, and other pertinent project records, when available. •Coordination of access to City-owned facilities, rights-of-way, parks, easements, or other restricted areas, when required. •Timely review of draft deliverables and consolidated review comments, when applicable. •Prompt resolution of project questions or requested clarifications that may affect the project schedule. Longitude Surveyors will closely monitor each assignment, maintain open communication with the City’s Project Manager, and provide timely, high-quality deliverables while promptly addressing any issues that may affect the project schedule.
