| 18RFQ #26-07-01 <br />Miami-Dade County Transportation Department <br />Surveying, Aerial Photogrammetric Services <br />Underground Surveys and Hydrographic Surveys <br />Miami-Dade County, FL <br />Overview of Services: <br />Longitude Surveyors was awarded a continuing professional <br />surveying and mapping services contract to provide comprehensive <br />surveying support for municipal infrastructure, capital <br />improvement, and land development projects. Services include <br />boundary, topographic, hydrographic, geodetic, and construction <br />surveying; photogrammetric control; monumentation and <br />remonumentation of property boundaries; as-built surveys; utility <br />location and mapping; construction layout; subdivision mapping <br />and record plats; legal descriptions and exhibits; right-of-way and <br />easement surveys; grade and elevation determinations; and the <br />establishment and perpetuation of horizontal and vertical control <br />networks. <br /> <br />Additional services include the collection, documentation, and <br />management of accurate field survey data using advanced GNSS <br />technology, robotic total stations, and digital data collection <br />systems. All field information is documented in accordance with <br />applicable professional standards and provided in both digital <br />and hard-copy formats to support the preparation of survey <br />drawings, engineering design, permitting, construction, and record <br />documentation.
