<br />Letter of Introduction
<br />The City of Sunny Isles Beach has established itself as one of South Florida’s
<br />premier coastal communities through its commitment to thoughtful planning,
<br />quality public infrastructure, and responsible growth. As the City continues
<br />to invest in its parks, roadways, utilities, public facilities, and municipal
<br />improvements, accurate and dependable surveying services remain essential
<br />to the successful planning, design, construction, and management of these
<br />projects. Longitude Surveyors, LLC (Longitude) appreciates the opportunity to
<br />be considered as a professional surveying partner and is committed to providing
<br />the responsive, high-quality services necessary to support the City’s ongoing and
<br />future initiatives.

<br />For 22 years, Longitude has provided comprehensive professional surveying and
<br />mapping services throughout Florida for municipalities, transportation agencies,
<br />utility providers, airports, engineering firms, and private sector clients. Our
<br />experience encompasses projects of varying size and complexity, from individual
<br />site improvements to large-scale municipal infrastructure programs. We
<br />understand the flexibility, responsiveness, and technical expertise required under
<br />continuing services contracts and have successfully supported public agencies
<br />by delivering timely, accurate, and cost-effective surveying solutions as projects
<br />arise.

<br />Our team is fully qualified to perform the services identified in this solicitation,
<br />including metes and bounds surveys, topographic surveys, GPS data collection,
<br />elevation certificates, construction support, right-of-way surveys, utility mapping,
<br />ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, legal descriptions, digital terrain modeling,
<br />Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE), and other surveying and mapping services
<br />requested by the City. Supported by licensed Professional Surveyors and
<br />Mappers, experienced project managers, CAD specialists, FAA Part 107-certified
<br />UAS pilots, GIS professionals, and seven fully equipped survey crews, Longitude
<br />has the personnel, technology, and capacity to respond quickly while consistently
<br />delivering high-quality work products.

<br />What distinguishes Longitude is our ability to perform the vast majority of our
<br />surveying and mapping services entirely in-house. Our team includes licensed
<br />Professional Surveyors and Mappers, experienced project managers, dedicated
<br />survey field crews, FAA Part 107-certified UAS pilots, GIS professionals, and
<br />Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) specialists, all supported by advanced
<br />GPS technology, robotic total stations, terrestrial and mobile LiDAR systems,
<br />hydrographic survey equipment, 3D laser scanning, and UAS photogrammetry.
<br />By maintaining these resources and technical capabilities within a single
<br />organization, we provide seamless project coordination, consistent quality
<br />control, dependable scheduling, and accurate, timely deliverables while
<br />minimizing reliance on outside resources. This integrated approach enables us
