| 28RFQ #26-07-01 <br />Additional Relevant Experience – City of Sunny Isles Beach Project Experience <br /> <br />In addition to the representative project profiles included in this submittal, the following list highlights <br />additional surveying and mapping projects completed by Longitude Surveyors for the City of Sunny Isles <br />Beach. These projects further demonstrate our longstanding relationship with the City, our familiarity with its <br />infrastructure and municipal standards, and our ability to successfully perform a wide range of professional <br />surveying services. <br /> • Sunny Isles Beach Goverment Center - 18070 Collins Avenue <br /> Longitude Surveyors performed an as-built survey of the paved areas and surrounding site improve <br /> ments. Services included locating elevations of fountain features and utilities, tiled walls, over <br /> hangs, columns, curbs, stairwells, entryways, raised planter platforms, existing fences, and other visible <br /> improvements. All elevations were referenced to the NGVD 1929 vertical datum. <br /> • Government Center Pedestrian Bridge <br /> Longitude Surveyors performed a topographic survey to establish the existing rights-of-way and <br /> property lines within the project limits. Services included locating significant above-ground <br /> improvements, collecting elevation data on a 10-foot grid, documenting existing drainage infrastructure <br /> and utility information, and establishing survey control points and temporary benchmarks to support <br /> the project design. <br /> • Sunny Isles Water Main Improvements - NE 183 Street; North Bay Road; Atlantic Boulevard; NE 178 <br /> Street; NE 181 Drive; NE 178 Drive; NE 180 Drive; and Atlantic Isle <br /> Longitude Surveyors performed a topographic survey and right-of-way analysis to support the <br /> project design. Services included establishing horizontal and vertical control, documenting <br /> above-ground improvements, collecting elevation data for a Digital Terrain Model (DTM), and <br /> locating existing drainage and sanitary infrastructure. We also performed utility designation using <br /> Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) and electromagnetic locating equipment, followed by Quality Level <br /> “A” (QLA) Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) services at eighteen (18) locations to verify the <br /> horizontal and vertical position, size, material, and direction of underground utilities. <br /> • Samson Park 17451 & 17425 Collins Avenue <br /> Longitude Surveyors updated the existing survey in accordance with FDEP standards using the <br /> NAVD 1988 vertical datum. The survey included the exhibit area, Mean High Water Line (MHWL), <br /> Coastal Construction Control Line (CCCL), Erosion Control Line (ECL), bulkhead line, edge of <br /> water, seasonal high water line, and the 0.0-foot elevation contour. <br /> • Heritage Park - 19200 Collins Avenue <br /> Misc. Surveying <br /> • East landing of Pedestrian Bridge over Collins Avenue, East of City Hall & West of Trump Internaional <br /> Hotel <br /> Sketch to Accompany Legal Description
