Staffing <br />Our firm has assembled an experienced team of professionals with the technical expertise, project <br />management capabilities, and municipal experience necessary to successfully perform the services required <br />under this contract. The proposed project team consists of qualified personnel with extensive experience <br />delivering similar projects for public agencies throughout South Florida. An organizational chart identifying <br />the project team and reporting structure is provided, followed by individual resumes highlighting each team <br />member’s relevant experience, qualifications, certifications, training, and record of successful performance on <br />comparable assignments. <br />Greg Bouie, PSM, will serve as the Project Manager and will be responsible for the <br />overall coordination and management of all work performed under this contract. As <br />the primary point of contact for the City, Greg will oversee project planning, scheduling, <br />quality assurance and quality control, resource allocation, communication with City staff, <br />and the successful execution of all services. <br /> <br />He will actively manage this contract by allocating the time and resources necessary to <br />meet the City’s requirements and project schedules. He will provide direct oversight of <br />all project activities, coordinate assignments among the in-house project team, monitor <br />progress and deliverables, and ensure that qualified personnel are available to respond promptly to the City’s <br />needs. His involvement throughout the duration of the contract will ensure continuity, timely decision-making, <br />effective communication, and the efficient utilization of staff resources to consistently deliver high-quality <br />professional services. <br /> <br />Our firm maintains a diverse and experienced staff of licensed professionals, technical specialists, field <br />personnel, and administrative support staff, providing a substantial in-house staff pool from which additional <br />resources may be assigned as project demands require. This depth of personnel enables us to efficiently <br />respond to changing workloads while maintaining continuity, responsiveness, and a consistently high level of <br />service. <br /> <br />Sub-Consultants <br />No sub-consultants, suppliers, or outside organizations will be utilized in the performance of the professional <br />services under this contract.
