<br />John Adler, PSM served as Senior Surveyor for the Citywide Surveying and Mapping Services contract, supporting
<br />topographic and as built surveys as well as GIS database development for Public Works and Capital Improvement
<br />Program projects. He provided technical oversight, coordinated field and office efforts, and ensured data accuracy and
<br />quality control across multiple assignments, contributing to the successful execution of the contract, which was extended
<br />and renewed for an additional two years.
<br />Highland Village Water Main Improvements, City of North Maimi Beach, North Miami Beach, FL
<br />John Adler, PSM served as Senior Surveyor and SUE Specialist, overseeing a comprehensive topographic survey, right of
<br />way analysis, and subsurface utility investigation. He directed field and office teams in collecting data on site features,
<br />utilities, and elevation grids to develop a Digital Terrain Model, including establishment of control and temporary
<br />benchmarks. John also managed SUE designation using GPR and electromagnetic methods and oversaw 18 Quality Level
<br />A test holes to verify utility locations, size, material, and elevations. He ensured accurate data collection, performed
<br />quality control, and delivered reliable information to support project design.

<br />John Adler, PSM served as Senior Surveyor and SUE Specialist, overseeing boundary and topographic surveying along
<br />Montego Bay Drive, Nicaragua Drive, Pan American Drive, and Anchor Road in Cutler Bay, Florida. He directed Subsurface
<br />Utility Engineering services, including Quality Level A and B designation and 25 soft dig test holes, ensuring accurate
<br />utility identification and verification. John managed field operations, performed quality control, and delivered reliable
<br />survey and utility data to support project design and coordination.
<br />20”-24” Water Transmission, Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department, Florida City, FL
<br />John Adler, PSM served as Senior Surveyor and SUE Specialist, overseeing utility route surveying and Subsurface Utility
<br />Engineering services for a proposed 24 inch water main along SW 360th Street, SW 344th Street, and the extension of
<br />SW 162nd Avenue in accordance with FDOT standards. He directed control establishment, topographic surveys with cross
<br />sections, verification of SUE linework, detailed elevation data collection, and surveying of boring locations. John managed
<br />field operations, ensured data accuracy, and performed quality control to support reliable design and coordination.
<br />SR 826/Palmetto Expressway from I-75 to N. Canal C-8 Bridge (Approx. 162 Street), FDOT District 6, Miami-Dade
<br />County, FM No.: 435760-1-32-01
<br />A topographic survey was performed in support of improvements along SR 826 and surrounding corridors, which
<br />included establishing two geodetic control points and secondary horizontal control on a datum approved by the District
<br />Surveyor based on the existing project network control survey. The work also included the analysis and processing of
<br />all collected field data, preparation of required survey forms, and level runs extending approximately two miles along
<br />SR 826 to bring vertical control to the site. Additional services included alignment verification along NW 138th Street,
<br />re-surveying the NW 77th Avenue bridge deck, completing topographic surveys along NW 82nd Avenue and NW 154th
<br />Street, collecting spot elevations north and south of NW 79th Avenue, establishing horizontal and vertical control, and
<br />performing cross-sections at westbound SR 924 for sign structures located outside the project limits. John Adler served
<br />as Senior Surveyor Assistant in support of the project.
<br />Fuel Storage Facility Expansion, Miami-Dade County Aviation Department, Miami, FL
<br />John Adler, PSM, served as Senior SUE Specialist for the Miami International Airport Fuel Farm Expansion project,
<br />responsible for developing project scopes, cost estimates, and utility investigation strategies for the Quality Level B
<br />Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) services. He provided technical guidance on utility designation methodologies,
<br />reviewed utility investigation findings, evaluated potential utility conflicts, and supported project planning and risk
<br />mitigation efforts. The project included the designation and verification of existing underground utilities at nine boring
<br />locations utilizing electromagnetic locating equipment and Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) in accordance with ASCE
<br />standards to support project design and coordination.
