He <br />reviewed boundary analysis, right of way and easement mapping, control established on Florida State Plane NAD83/99 <br />with elevations on NAVD88, and documentation of site features, tree data, and elevation modeling. Darryl verified <br />drainage and sanitary data, Digital Terrain Model development, and SUE Quality Level B designation using GPR and <br />electromagnetic methods, ensuring all deliverables met project requirements and professional standards. <br />NW 17th Avenue Bridge over Miami River Project Development and Environment Study, Miami-Dade Department of <br />Transportation and Public Works Miami, FL <br />Darryl Hauser, PSM served as QA/QC Manager for the NW 17th Avenue Bridge rehabilitation project along the Miami <br />River in Miami, Florida, overseeing quality control of bathymetric survey data. He reviewed control established on <br />Florida State Plane NAD83/11 with elevations on NGVD29, as well as sonar data collected for water surface, edges, <br />and sediment conditions at 50 foot intervals. Darryl verified survey coverage beneath and along the drawbridge and <br />surrounding canal limits, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance of all deliverables to support bridge design <br />and replacement efforts. <br />Venetian Way Bridge City of Miami Beach, FL <br />Darryl Hauser, PSM prepared the Sketch and Legal Description for a portion of the Venetian Way bridge in accordance <br />with the client’s instructions. He developed the boundary depiction and corresponding metes and bounds description, <br />ensuring consistency between the survey data and legal documents, and confirmed accuracy and compliance with <br />applicable standards prior to final delivery. <br />USCG Sunset Key, United States Coast Guard, Key West, FL <br />Darryl Hauser, PSM served as QA/QC Manager for the Key West Cut Range Front and Rear Light project in Key West, <br />Florida, overseeing quality control of boundary, topographic, and utility surveys prepared in accordance with ALTA NSPS <br />standards. He reviewed the AutoCAD survey, metes and bounds descriptions, aerial viewshed documentation, and <br />easement preparations, including site parcels and air easement requirements. Darryl ensured accuracy, completeness, <br />and compliance of all deliverables, including supporting imagery and coordinate data, prior to final submission. <br />Overseas Highway-MM 36.6 to MM 38.4, FDOT District 6, Bahia Honda Key, FL <br />Darryl Hauser, PSM served as QA/QC Manager, overseeing quality control of survey control, alignment data, and <br />topographic mapping based on FDOT District 6 Primary Network Control. He reviewed GPS RTK secondary control, <br />closed level loop processing, and incorporation of alignment geometry, stationing, and right of way data into survey files. <br />Darryl verified topographic data collection on a 50 foot grid, roadway cross sections, and documentation of site features <br />including utilities, trees, and overhead clearances, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project <br />requirements prior to final deliverables. <br />Dadeland South Metrorail Station, Miami-Dade Department of Transportation and Public Works Miami, FL <br />Darryl J. Hauser, PSM, served as QA/QC Manager for the project, overseeing quality assurance and quality control <br />procedures for the Boundary, Topographic, 3D Laser Scanning, As-Built Survey, and Subsurface Utility Engineering <br />(SUE) services. His responsibilities included reviewing survey control, elevation data, boundary mapping, laser <br />scanning deliverables, utility designation information, test hole results, and final survey documents to ensure accuracy, <br />completeness, and compliance with project requirements and applicable standards. The project included a Boundary and <br />Topographic Survey with elevations referenced to NAVD88 and converted to NGVD29 as required, collection of drainage <br />and sanitary invert data, 3D laser scanning of the second floor of the Metrorail Terminal Station, and SUE services that <br />included utility designation and six test holes to determine the location, depth, and direction of existing utilities. Darryl <br />conducted detailed quality reviews of all survey and utility data, including clearance verification, foundation and utility <br />conflict analysis, and mapping deliverables, to ensure reliable information was provided to support the design of the <br />proposed water line improvements.
