Our staBing approach is built around one
fundamental objective: providing the City with immediate access to experienced decision-
makers who can eBiciently deliver assignments of varying size, complexity, and urgency
while maintaining exceptional quality and accountability.
Unlike project-specific teams that assemble only after award, our proposed team has an
established working relationship and defined lines of communication. Miles Architecture
Group serves as the Prime Consultant and single point of responsibility, coordinating all
architectural disciplines and managing the eBorts of our engineering partners to provide
seamless delivery from initial task authorization through final construction administration.
Our team is intentionally structured so that senior leadership remains actively involved
throughout every assignment. This approach ensures that every task order benefits from
executive oversight, experienced technical review, and timely decision-making while
allowing day-to-day project activities to be managed by dedicated project managers and
technical professionals.
Leadership and Accountability
Every task assignment will begin with direct involvement from our Principal-in-Charge, who
establishes project objectives, confirms staBing assignments, and provides executive
oversight throughout the life of the project. The assigned Project Manager serves as the
City's primary point of contact and is responsible for daily communication, scheduling,
consultant coordination, document quality, and budget management.
Supporting the Project Manager is a multidisciplinary technical team that includes
architectural staB, engineering consultants, quality control reviewers, and construction
administration professionals whose experience spans municipal, commercial,
institutional, hospitality, public facilities, parks, recreation, and infrastructure projects
throughout Florida.
This structure provides the City with:
• A single point of accountability
• Direct access to firm leadership
• Rapid response to task authorizations
• Integrated consultant coordination
• Consistent quality control throughout every phase
• Continuity from planning through construction
