We appreciate the opportunity to be considered for this important contract and are <br />excited about the opportunity to partner with the City in delivering thoughtful, innovative, <br />and responsive architectural and engineering solutions that enhance public facilities and <br />serve the needs of your residents. <br />MILES Architecture Group is a Florida-based architectural firm with more than four <br />decades of experience providing planning, architectural design, project management, <br />construction administration, and owner representation services for public and private <br />sector clients. Under the leadership of Miles Beach, AIA, our firm has successfully <br />planned and delivered commercial, municipal, institutional, mixed-use, hospitality, and <br />community-focused projects throughout Florida and across the United States. Our <br />experience encompasses every phase of project delivery, from feasibility studies and <br />master planning through permitting, bidding, construction administration, and closeout. <br />For this contract, we have assembled a highly qualified multidisciplinary team led by <br />MILES Architecture Group as Prime Consultant. We are joined by Ingenuity Engineers, <br />one of Central Florida's premier MEP and Fire Protection engineering firms, Klima Weeks <br />for Civil and Environmental Engineering, and BBM Structural Engineers for Structural <br />Engineering. Together, this integrated team provides the City with a single point of <br />responsibility while oBering comprehensive in-house expertise across every major design <br />discipline. <br />Our partnership with Ingenuity Engineers has already demonstrated its eBectiveness <br />through our recent award of a Continuing Architectural and Engineering Services <br />contract with the City of Sebastian, where our firms are currently providing on-call <br />professional services. This established working relationship allows us to immediately <br />mobilize, communicate eBiciently, and provide seamless coordination between <br />architectural and engineering disciplines. <br />Ingenuity Engineers brings decades of municipal engineering experience that <br />complements our architectural expertise.
