Coverage includes, <br />but is not limited to: <br />• Commercial General Liability <br />• Professional Liability (Errors & <br />Omissions) <br />• Automobile Liability <br />• Workers' Compensation <br />• Employer's Liability <br />Certificates of Insurance demonstrating <br />the required coverage limits will be <br />provided upon request and prior to <br />contract execution. <br />Litigation <br />Miles Architecture Group has no <br />outstanding litigation that would <br />adversely aBect the firm's financial <br />stability, ability to perform professional <br />services, or its capacity to fulfill the obligations of this contract. <br />The firm has maintained a strong record of professional performance and continues to <br />conduct business in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and <br />professional standards.
