SUB-CONSULTANTS <br />Our proposed team is composed of experienced professionals who will remain actively involved throughout the project and <br />readily available to support the City of Sunny Isles Beach. Managing Principal/CEO Robert E. Chisholm, FAIA, NCARB, and <br />Principal/Project Director Matthew Polak, AIA, LEED AP, will provide executive oversight, ensuring consistent coordination, <br />quality control, adherence to project schedules, and effective communication with City staff. <br />Each team member will contribute specialized expertise within their respective discipline and support the project through all <br />phases of design and construction. They will participate in meetings as required, coordinate closely with the City and project <br />stakeholders, and respond promptly to requests and project needs.
