The qualifications and experience outlined below and throughout <br />this proposal demonstrate how the Chisholm Team meets and exceeds the requirements of this RFQ and is uniquely qualified to serve <br />the City of Sunny Isles Beach. <br />Over 44 years providing comprehensive architectural, planning, interior architecture, urban design, and construction <br />administration services throughout Florida. <br />Currently providing services under 27 continuing professional services contracts for municipalities, counties, state <br />agencies, airports, and other public entities throughout Florida. <br />Extensive experience providing professional services to federal, state, county, municipal, and institutional clients, with a <br />thorough understanding of public agency procedures, permitting requirements, and project delivery. <br />Proven experience delivering new construction, renovations, additions, facility assessments, and building improvements under <br />continuing professional services contracts. <br />Experienced multidisciplinary team providing Architecture, MEP Engineering, Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, <br />Environmental Engineering, Surveying & Mapping, CEI, and Transportation Engineering services. <br />Led by Robert E.
