The Palm Beach County 45th Street Government Complex is a new approximately <br />60,000-square-foot government facility designed to consolidate several essential <br />community service departments, including Senior & Veteran Services, Human Services, <br />Community Services Administration, and Homeless Outreach, into a centralized and <br />efficient public campus. The project is intended to improve operational coordination, <br />public accessibility, and long-term service delivery for Palm Beach County residents. <br /> <br />Hammond & Associates is providing full Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, <br />and Low Voltage (MEP/FP/LV) engineering design services for the facility. The scope <br />includes HVAC systems, plumbing infrastructure, fire protection and alarm systems, <br />power distribution, lighting, emergency power, telecommunications, security, and low- <br />voltage system coordination.
