In keeping with the core value of the firm, Mr. Polak as Project Director, is involved in all phases of the project’s <br />development and acts as the Owner’s direct contact throughout the entire project. <br />As Project Director, Mr. Polak has overseen the technical direction of the projects for programming, planning, design, construction <br />documents and construction administration for a variety of projects keeping with the core value of the firm.
