<br />PALM BEACH COUNTY 45TH AVENUE GOVERNMENT BUILDING | West Palm
<br />Beach, FL – Scope of work includes a new construction, 60,000 SF government building
<br />that will house several departments such as Senior & Veteran Services, Human Services,
<br />Community Services Administration, & Homeless Outreach. The engineering scope
<br />entails Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, & Low Voltage design. Role:

<br />PALM BEACH COUNTY VISTA CENTER EXPANSION & PARKING GARAGE |
<br />Palm Beach – Provided Plumbing and Fire Protection engineering design services for a
<br />58,000 SF building expansion and a three-story, 343-space parking garage. Scope
<br />included domestic water, sanitary and storm systems, and fire sprinkler design, ensuring
<br />code compliance and reliable life safety performance. Role: President | Mechanical

<br />BROWARD COUNTY COURTHOUSE & JUDICIAL COMPLEX | Broward County,
<br />FL – Provided Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing engineering services for a new
<br />courthouse complex including multiple court buildings, a county office building, jail,
<br />energy center, and parking garage. The 740,000 SF, 20-story courthouse features 74
<br />courtrooms, advanced AV and security systems, and achieved LEED Gold certification
<br />with significant energy and water-use reductions. Role: President | Mechanical Engineer
<br />CUTLER BAY LEGACY PARK & MUNICIPAL COMPLEX | Cutler Bay, FL – Hammond
<br />provided low voltage engineering for this transformative 16-acre civic development,
<br />which includes a new Town Hall, Police Station, Community Center, and public park.
<br />Designed with sustainability and resident input in mind, the project will serve as a central
<br />hub for government services, recreation, and community engagement in Cutler Bay.

<br />CITY OF FORT LAUDERDALE POLICE HEADQUARTERS | Fort Lauderdale,
<br />FL – Led mechanical engineering design for a new 191,000 SF, three-story
<br />police headquarters and integrated parking garage. The energy-efficient facility
<br />supports over 700 personnel and includes training rooms, public meeting areas,
<br />and community spaces. The design emphasizes openness, resiliency, and state-
<br />of-the-art building systems to create a welcoming, high-performance civic facility.

<br />BROWARD COUNTY | HOLLYWOOD LIBRARY REPAIRS | Hollywood, FL –
<br />Provided Mechanical and Electrical engineering services for first-floor system upgrades
<br />at the Broward County Hollywood Library, improving performance and occupant comfort
<br />while maintaining operations. Scope included HVAC ductwork, diffusers, thermostats,
<br />lighting, electrical devices, and fire alarm upgrades, coordinated with existing systems and
<br />designed to meet County standards. Role: President | Mechanical Engineer

<br />management. Nathan handles the daily operations of Hammond is responsible for the
