<br />R.E. CHISHOLM ARCHITECTS, Inc. (REC) is a multi-disciplinary
<br />corporation located in Miami, Florida. We provide services in
<br />Architecture, Planning, Interior Architecture, and Urban Design
<br />executed and delivered with the highest technology.
<br />The firm is recognized locally and nationally for outstanding
<br />design and quality of service.
<br />Chisholm Architects has extensive experience in a variety of project
<br />types over the last (44) years and its principals over the last fifty-three.
<br />These include governmental, institutional, corporate, educational,
<br />transportation, commercial and housing projects.
<br />HISTORY
<br />R.E. CHISHOLM ARCHITECTS, Inc. was founded in 1982 by Robert
<br />E. Chisholm, FAIA. In 1989, the firm was incorporated and grew to its
<br />status. Mr. Chisholm originally adopted the firm philosophy of
<br />maintaining a variety of project types which would develop the thinking
<br />and attitude of the firm consistently as Architects in responsible
<br />leadership of any project.
<br />In 1989, Mr. Chisholm re-structured the firm and its course towards a
<br />comprehensive approach to design and architecture.
<br />In 1992, the firm was named “Architectural Firm of the Year”
<br />in Miami-Dade County and again in 2019.
<br />In 1996 Mr. Chisholm was named Fellow of the American Institute of
<br />Architects, the highest honor attainable in this 164-year-old
<br />organization.
<br />In 2022, Mr. Chisholm was inducted into the American
<br />Institute of Architects / Miami Hall of Fame.
<br />The firm and its principals have received national, state, and local
<br />awards in Architectural Design Planning, graphics, Urban Design, and
<br />consistently recognized for community service; as early as 1976, and
<br />as recently as 2019.
<br />This, coupled with a focused approach to the highest level of creative
<br />and pragmatic service possible with an involvement in a wide variety
<br />of project types, make up the substance of this firm.

<br />Dade County M/SBE Certified consulting firm providing
<br />comprehensive professional services in Architecture, Planning,
<br />Interior Architecture, and Urban Design.
<br />Chisholm Architects provides services to clients throughout the
<br />United States, South and Central America, the Caribbean and Europe.
<br />Among the firm’s clients are corporate, municipal, state, and federal
<br />agencies, private clients, public and private institutions.
<br />The firm has had extensive experience in the planning, development,
<br />design, and construction of prominent commercial, industrial,
<br />governmental, institutional, and multi-family residential projects.
