(RAI), together with our consultant team, is pleased to express our interest in <br />providing Continuing Professional Consulting Services to the City of Sunny Isles Beach for the above- <br />referenced RFQ. <br /> <br />RAI was established and incorporated on May 20, 1990, and is headquartered in Coral Gables, Florida. We <br />provide a full range of professional services, including architecture for new construction, renovations, <br />alterations, and additions; interior design; space planning; code reviews and assessments; expert review <br />and interpretation; ADA assessments; construction management; rehabili tation and repurposing of existing <br />structures; and facility planning. Over the past five years and beyond, we have successfully completed <br />numerous projects for local governmental agencies through Continuing Services Contracts, encompassing <br />a variety of scopes and architectural services.
