<br />Melissa is a seasoned Civil Engineer and Project Manager with over 26+
<br />years of experience in civil and environmental engineering, with a focus
<br />on the design, permitting, and construction of public infrastructure
<br />systems. Her expertise spans project management, design, construction
<br />inspection, contract administration, and field supervision across a wide
<br />range of municipal and private sector projects throughout South Florida.
<br />Melissa’s technical background includes the design and evaluation of water
<br />and wastewater systems, including water and sewer modeling, pump
<br />station design, force and gravity mains, and septic systems. She has also
<br />performed extensive cost estimating, permitting, and utility coordination.
<br />Her construction management experience includes overseeing field
<br />inspectors, conducting pre-construction meetings, reviewing shop
<br />drawings, executing design modifications, and maintaining continuous
<br />communication among owners, contractors, and design professionals
<br />to ensure successful project delivery. In addition to water and sewer
<br />infrastructure, Melissa has extensive experience in land development,
<br />utility engineering, drainage design, roadway improvements, permitting,
<br />and inspections. She has worked with a wide variety of clients in both the
<br />public and private sectors and is known for her deep knowledge of South
<br />Florida’s regulatory environment and construction practices.
